We report that the next workshop organised by the Menichetti Law Firm on collective dismissal will be held on 7th February in Trento at the auditorium of the "Gianni Caproni" Aeronautical Museum, Via Lidorno 3.
At the meeting, introduced and co-ordinated by Professor Gaetano Zilio Grandi - Professor of Labour Law at the Cà Foscari University of Venice, Professor Riccardo Salomone, Professor of Labour Law at the University of Trento and solicitors Claudio Damoli, Enzo Pisa and Osvaldo Cantone, partner of the Menichetti Law Firm, as well as solicitor Enrico Togni will speak, associates of the Menichetti Law Firm who will address the issue of collective dismissal, focusing on the most recent jurisprudential arrests.
At the end of the workshop, refreshments are scheduled.
