On 12.12 and 16.12, two conferences were held at the Conference Hall of Banco Popolare di Verona – Banco BPM. They were organised by the Training, Culture and Conferences Commission – Labour Law Area, and both chaired and moderated by the solicitor Gilda Pisa, co-ordinator of the aforementioned Commission. The first, entitled “Adequacy (of the remedy) and deterrence (of the sanction) in the aftermath of the judgment of the Constitutional Court n. 194./2018“
