From Saturday, 14 October at 8:30 PM until Sunday, 3 December, the second celebration of the “Festival Internazionale della Chitarra Classica” will be taking place in Verona. The festival will be presented in eight events, at which some of the world’s greatest classical guitarists will be performing.
The concerts will start with the performance of the famous American guitarist Eliot Fisk at the Palazzo Camozzini.
The management of the performing artists is by Giovanni Grano, a concert guitarist and musicologist who is a professor at the “Dall’Abaco” Conservatory of Verona. He is the person promoting the initiative, together with Engineer Massimo Raccosta (a man who possesses one of the most important historical guitar collections in the world) and with the “Sinfonicamente” Cultural Association.
Among those who are promoting the initiative, whose scope is to revive the classical guitar in the music scene of Verona, the Law Firm Menichetti will also be present, represented by Lawyer Claudio Damoli, a great enthusiast of classical guitar.
