A NEW IMAGE FOR A TIMELESS HISTORY
MEETING ON "THE FUTURE OF LABOUR LAW AND THE CHALLENGES OF INDUSTRY 4.0"
On September 4th ,2017 in Verona, at the Palazzo Verità Poeta, a meeting was held titled “the future of labour law and the challenges of Industry 4.0”, in which Dr. Stefano Visonà, Head of the Ministery's Legislative Office of Labour and of Social Policies, and Dr. Mario Gibertoni, internationally known expert in Industry 4.0 and owner of Studio Base of Brescia.
The debate, open to all those present, was an important occasion for deepening current issues and understanding the protagonists of the new challenges which the law and world of industry get ready to face.
It had been the occasion to review the effects of the Jobs Act, on how companies have adopted the recent intervention, on how the new regulations will be able to influence even the future of the world of work and lastly on the possible revision of these norms following the very recent denouncement of unconstitutionality, on the trial judges part.
