The Turin Court of Appeal recently ruled on this matter

The Turin Court of Appeal, with sentence no. 904 of 13th January 2020, confirmed the previous decision of the Court of Ivrea, believing there is an etiological link between the prolonged use, for work reasons, of mobile phones and right acoustic neurinoma. INAIL must therefore pay the worker concerned a pension for occupational disease.

The decision has a precedent in ruling no. 17438 of the Court of Cassation, Labour section, of 12th October 2012, which in a similar case, recognised the existence of occupational disease following the continuous use, lasting about 12 years, of a mobile phone. (LC)
