The jurisprudence of the Supreme Court regarding thanatological damage (for the loss of a life) changes course

It was primarily maintained that should someone lose their life suddenly, they would not be entitles to any compensation from the manager and couldn't transmit their right that hasn't had time to mature while living. Only those who have suffered and/or knew during a period of agony previous to their death could acquire and transmit the right to compensation for thanatological damage.

Today the Court of Appeal, with sentence no. 1361/2014 recognizes compensation for the damage in question in all cases of life-loss for the responsibility of others.
