New contractual minimums in the Tertiary sector. Renewal of the CCNL Petroleum Energy contract
On 10 September 2019, Confcommercio and the confederal unions signed a new agreement, establishing that the contractual minimums starting from 1 March 2018, referred to in table M of the co-ordinated text, shall be considered modified as of 1 January 2020.
There is also contractual news for employees in the energy sector and in the research, extraction, refining, processing or distribution of petroleum products. On 19 September 2019, the relevant national collective agreement was renewed (effective 1 January 2019), which will be submitted to the workers' judgment by 20 October 2019.
The draft of the agreement includes, among other things, contractual increases with effect from October 2019, October 2020 and July 2021. (LC)
