Which payments are suspended?

Folders and payment notices (only for individuals and entities with residence, registered office or operational headquarters in the municipalities listed in Annex 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree 1.3.2020)

Art. 2 of DL 9/2020 suspends the terms of payments deriving from payment slips issued by the collection agents, as well as from the Inland Revenue and INPS notices, which expire in the period from 21 February to 30 April 2020.
Payments must be made in a one-time solution within the month following the end of the suspension period.

Social security, welfare contributions and premiums for compulsory insurance (only for individuals and entities with residence, registered office or operating in the municipalities listed in Annex 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree 1.3.2020)

Art. 5 also suspends the terms regarding social security, welfare contributions and premiums for compulsory insurance expiring in the period from 23 February 2020 to 30 April 2020. Payments shall be made from May 1, 2020 also by instalments without interest and revaluation (no more than five equal monthly instalments).

Social security and welfare contributions and premiums for compulsory insurance for the tourism sector throughout the country

Article 8 suspends the payments for tourist accommodation companies, travel and tourism agencies and tour operators, which have their fiscal domicile, registered office or operational headquarters in the territory of the State from the date of entry into force of the decree until April 30, 2020.
