On 30.3.2015 CONFCOMMERCIO, FILCAMS – CGIL, FISASCAT – CISL, UILTUCS – UIL signed the agreement hypothesis for the renewal of the c.c.n.l of Tertiary Trade and Services, which has been active since April 1st 2015, with validity up until December 31st of 2017.

Among the changes, there has been a pay increase equal to 85.00 gross for 4th level (with relative re-standardisation of other contract levels) which will be paid in 5 tranches:

- 15,00 euro starting April 1st of 2015;

- 15,00 euro starting June 1st of 2016;

- 16,00 euro starting November 1st o0f 2016;

- 24,00 euro starting August 1st of 2017.

The new contract script provides, inter alia, for the possible fulfilment of a maximum of 44 working hours per week, without overtime, for a maximum of 16 weeks: thus the surplus work performed is be recovered within the following 12 months.

Amongst the other changes, a fixed-term contract for employment support is expected.

In fact, the script includes regulation on subdivision in the case of hiring “weak” personnel such as the unemployed or those who have completed apprenticeship without a stabilization.

For these people a fixed-term contract of 12 months can be stipulated, with a subdivision of 2 levels the first 6 months and a subdivision of one level for the subsequent 6 months.

The subdivision of a level is granted for a further 24 months in the case of subsequent transformation into an open-ended contract.
Furthermore the parties have adopted the 2014 governance agreement for the reorganization of bilateral territorial entities and the appreciation of national contractual welfare.
